"Thank you for your question. Resverlogix and Zenith have had a mutually beneficial business relationship since the Zenith spinout. The management teams of both companies recognize the potential for perceived conflicts of interest arising from this relationship, and there are procedures in place at both companies that deal specifically with them. In line with these procedures, independent directors from both companies approved the transaction that you referenced in your email. I would also like to note that our annual financial statements are independently audited as a routine course of business.
