Is this insider trading knowledge?  Information we should know?  Or just another dumb purchase?

Very sad, the science is there, the need and market are available (when approved). 

Bankruptcy looms, no cash, no available way to raise cash.  Best we can hope ... bankruptcy, management removed, trustee appointed by court, then biding begins for 208 and 30 some other compounds on the shelf. 

The real assets were the employees that developed the compounds, gone!

Big losers, HL, ECL, and others.  Where are they?  Where is the BOD?  What hold does DM have on the BOD? What happened to DM and his mighty promises?  

Bankruptcy, expensive and painful way to sell a company, many hurt.  Only winners, the buyer and legal!

In the meantime, the clock is ticking on the remaining life of the patent.  The Real Value of RVX.
