Toinv - While I hear you loud and clear I believe you have misinterpreted what was being conveyed in that sentence.

This is a live meeting that is being webcast. People at the meeting will be entitled to vote while those listening via webcast will not be able to vote. Specifically as it states "this is not a virtual meeting". 

There is no question what's so ever that many things could have or should be done done better or differently but this is a responsible statement.
