Just a follow up on voting prior to the AGM.
- At June 2021 the withhold votes for Don were 1.59%. At June 2022 the “withhold” were 5.54%. This is significant momentum. Please submit your “withhold” votes for all BOD members and we surely can get the level well above 10%.
With 10% “withhold” perhaps we can get the press to pick up on the dissatisfaction in this Board of Directors and perhaps write some critical press on why such a potentially huge drug is being so poorly managed.
The attitude and tone of this mushroom management company is reflected below in the statement from the AGM circular. Bolding is mine.
- “As such, the Company has organized a webcast of the Meeting (details are set out below) whereby shareholders can listen to the Meeting online. This is not a virtual meeting and shareholders cannot vote or ask questions as part of the Meeting; questions following the Meeting can be submitted by emailing ir@resverlogix.com.”
With an attitude like that shareholders certainly cannot expected to be shown any respect in the future until the CEO and BOD are replaced.
