Fellow mushrooms ... I voted, and withheld on the BoD also. We have a small voice, with no control. But I also agree that big things often start small, and some momentum is possible. Maybe the dissenting voice will grow. And iit is not a good look for the 65-70% of insiders to be happy, and the retail non-insider minority to feel marginalized. There is no doubt in my mind that the 65-70% has company and investment information (the what/how/when/why) that we are not privy to as RVX investors.

I do agree with Fouremm, that even though it might feel good to bring a class action discovery suit, it's not a good idea and would be counter productive in the end.

Basically, gonna have to wait it out and hope that the 70% really does want a handsome ROI, and there actually is a plan that makes a modicom of sense and direction. Looking forward to June 20, to at least see and hear what is presented, and how. High hopes, low expectations.
