The AGM is June 20th.

Don't forget to vote "withhold" for each member of the BOD including Don. It is very clear that the BOD is not doing a competent job in any respect.

As I recall last year we achieved a "withhold" level for Don over 5% which was an increase over previous years.

Based on the research I did last year a withheld level over 10% is considered a very high level of dissatisfaction with directors.

30% of RVX shares are widely held. Get out and vote and lets get the "withheld" as close as possible to 30%. Perhaps if we achieve a high enough level of dissatisfaction the it will spir shareholders like Eastern (who abstained last year) to begin to express their discust in this management for future votes.
