If you own RVX and/or ZCC shares I strongly recommend that you do not read "Jack, Straight From The Gut" published first in Sept 2001 by Jack Welch. If you read the book prior to the AGM you'll be too disheartened when you realize, once again, what a pathetic management team RVX has. For me the jury is out on ZCC because the Dr Lakhotia team, from what I can see, has been very successful in building realationships and getting trials started.

In this book Jack discusses how he went about changing the management culture at numerous GE companies and how they established management systems of excellence.

He also discusses complex acquisitions and divestitures worth billions of dollars across various countries and jusitictions, some which took less than 3 months to complete.

I recognize that adjustments had to be made post 2008 but he created billions of $ in shareholder equity.

At RVX we have a science team that has laid a golden egg "blessed by the FDA" at management's feet and they are like dear in the headlights of a train not having a clue which way to turn. GE, a super tanker, does billion dollar deals in months while Don's team has achieved nothin in 4 years other than a complete destruction of shareholder value.

It's a joke. I'm looking forward to Mr Excitement's insights and all of the wonderful achievements that "he can't talk about yet" on June 20th.
