Additionally - since 1/01/2021, the corporation has issued 7,364,579 long-term incentive shares to management. The total # of shares outstanding has increased from 234,962,452 to 267,798,628 and the corporate deficit has increased from (39,895,000) to (63,927,000) with no visible progress toward goal achievement or corporate revenues being made.
