your comment of maybe "leadership is just 100% investing all is resources in zenith, which they may feel is further along toward a resolution" could mean the possibility of a BP buyout package deal for   both RVX and Zenith. Although i think that type of deal would be CVR deal or milestone based for buyout payments based on future success of any the trials a complicated deal but possible. It could be the reason for silence for 6  months but then again we are dealing with RVX management so maybe just mere imcompetance is the reason we are not hearing anything...
