Not sure if this had been noted before or even if it is relevant but KPMG resigned as RVX auditors at RVX's request on Jan 23, 2023.

RE: Notice of Change of Auditor pursuant to Section 4.11 of National Instrument 51-102 –
Continuous Disclosure Obligations (“NI 51-102”)
Resverlogix Corp. (the “Corporation”) hereby gives notice pursuant to Section 4.11 of NI 51-102 as
follows:
1. The Corporation advises that KPMG LLP (the “Former Auditor”) has resigned as auditor of the
Corporation effective January 24, 2023 (the “Effective Date”). The Former Auditor resigned at
the request of the Corporation.
2. The Corporation has appointed RSM Canada LLP (the “Successor Auditor”) as the new auditor
of the Corporation effective as of the Effective Date.
3. There were no modified opinions expressed in the Former Auditor’s reports on the Corporation’s
financial statements for the period commencing at the beginning of the Corporation’s two most
recently completed financial years and ending on the date of the Former Auditor’s resignation.
4. There are no reportable events (as defined in Section 4.11 of NI 51-102) between the Corporation
and the Former Auditor.
5. The resignation of the Former Auditor and the appointment of the Successor Auditor as auditor of
the Corporation has been approved by the Corporation’s Audit Committee and its Board of
Directors.
