10BagR,  hope you are right about this.  14 weeks in more than the 3 months, hoping in the next 14 weeks a sale.  having a new partner will just dilute shareholder interest, best just to sale and hope in the sale it is a mix of cash and buyer's stock.  then we all win having a continued interest in Apabetalone.

I looked at the last financial statement, there was on 19,000 in the bank at September 30.  burn rate was about 100,000 per month according the the income statement.  best guess, that has been reduced to about 20k to 30k a month, how is company saying alive.  Anyone know, did DM reach into his pocket to keep the ship upright again.  

Where are the major investors.  in bankruptcy, they will be treated as any other investor.  They lose, only alot more.  sidebar
