I agree that the silence is deafening. Possible explanations...and I have no idea pure speculation on my part to be clear   

1.  They're working on trial design.

2.  They're working on funding.   

3.  They're working on a partnership.

4.  They're working on a buyout.

5.  They're working on a CEO change.

6.  They're working on a Board change.

7.  They're working on going private.

8.  They're working on Chapter 11.   

Again I have no idea but we have heard crickets for nearly 3 months now which is about the time it takes, based on my experience, to accomplish any of the above.
