tada, at the risk of putting words in Toinv's mouth I think Toinv means to ask,

"With all of this amazing and well documented promise for a blockbuster drug why isn't the CEO finding the money?" 

Personally, I don't buy the excuse that the money isn't out there for something so safe and promising for so many indications.
