Narmac, I have many of the same concerns and fears. With very little meaningful activity given the data and potential, BTD, etc. I have been in Koo's camp for a while, that the bigger fish see the potential and won't let it die - and lose the potential opportunity, and potentially their sunk invested capital. However, these deep pockets are sitting idle with further monies toward the finish line, and seem to be letting RVX sway in the wind and circle the drain financially. None of it make a bit of sense to me. 

I would just "hope" that prior to insolvency and/or liquidation, that the IP and 20 years of research and studies showing IMMENSE "potential" would hold some value to some BP out there and be worth $2-4 per share (esp with the tax loss carry forward), so that we get "some kind" of return in the end, if the worst case scenarios should occur.

Still hopeful for something big at some point, but increasingly just hopeful for getting out with "something" ... still holding till final resolution, and whatever actually and eventually happens.
