I've never seen a list of Don's major achievemnets at RVX. Perhaps some are;

1. cofounder
2. must have achieved the early financing rounds
3. probably instrumental in purchasing the company that provided the TSX listing???
4. Was he the guy that found Eastern Capital which then provided significant funding for years? I recall from early SH posts that Eastern's attraction to RVX was Dr Wong.
5. Did Don negotiate the Citi loan backed by Eastern thus keeping RVX above water for years?
6. The Medicin deal in Israel.
7. Creation of Zenith Capital Corp.
8. Bringing in CD Venture???
9. Bringing in ORI Capital??
10. Getting ORI to convert the debt they held to equity???
11. Efung Capital???
12. NGN Capital???
13. Protair-X Canada???

Does anyone know the remarkable achievement last year that warranted the Compensation Committee to almost double Don's salary based compensation???
