tada, it would have been a lot easier to type in the questions as opposed to having to phone them in.  Questions could have been posted throughout the presentation as opposed to the end of the presentation. That would have been a much better format for the questioning.

BTW were we not advised that there will not be a Q&A following the presentation and that we email all questions ahead of the AGM?
