I have tried to trace this in the past unsuccessfully but I believe that DM has paid very little for his shares. I assume most were Founder's shares for a private company that rolled into RVX a couple of decades ago. They just show up with the formation of RVX when it had to start reporting.
Other large investors are very much in the red right now!
