Very well-stated sidebar. It would seem that you have experienced this before with the way you laid it out. If RVX was held primarily by the general public I would very much agree with your approach in pursuit to find a suitable buyer in the state RVX is in at this time.

RVX is held by insiders to the tune of  ~70%, the top 3 being EC, HL and ORI. This I'm sure is making it very difficult for a buy-out to be considered, to hand it over to a larger company to bring Apabetalone to the public at this time and this dismal share price level. 

As long as they keep funding the company with hundreds of thousands of dollars as has been ongoing for quite some time, I for one need to know what they've got up their sleeve. What's the truth, behind the green door? If RVX is going down why would even Eversana come on board and why would anyone be investing hundreds of thousands of dollars now??? This company is mysterious in many ways.
