I received the proxy notice of the annual meeting....Wow! What a review of the long time executive compensation versus the long time performance of the company.

A CEO is judged by what he does for his shareholders...will be interesting to see if there is a company left to have an annual meeting in June of 2023.

I feel sorry for his years ahead...Physic rewards when you're older are much more meaningful then the millions a person has walked out with for complete non performance, except for just raising money. To spend your remaining years with a totally negative reputation and accompanishment will be a tough daily slog for him...whenever that happens.

For me it's been instructive over the past 20 years and I regard this as a "cash equivalent deferred"
