Buckeyes it is what it is. We keep on analyzing RVX from six ways to Sunday. No matter what we do or say, this, that and the other, the market is ruthless. It takes no prisoners. But one needs to make the best of it by sizing the investment from time to time. There is always room to take some profits off the table. Falling in love with a stock (i.e. buy and hold) is the cardinal sin with any stock. It comes to a point that we tend to blame others for our fumbles and missteps.

Let's hope we'll see something positive soon. We need it.

BTW I too got stricken with COVID, 3 to 4 weeks ago even though I'm fully vaxes and boosted. So is my wife. My whole household got it. I had a couple of rough days. It took about 2 weeks after symptoms subsided for a rapid test to show negative.

The question I have is on the timing when COVID symptoms show up. If one with mild symptoms and later symptoms turn severe and require hospital care, the patient may be out of time to be administered a therapeutic for it to work within the prescribed timeline not to take away its effectiveness. Perhaps this is what Resverlogix is experiencing with recruiting patients for the open-label COVID trial. However, if ABL shows some positives for long haulers that that would be a great added benefit.

The phase 3 US trial may not present such a problem seeing that ABL will be enrolling patients outside clinical sites outside the hospital setting as noted by Don at the Life Sciences Investor Forum and that will expedite the program. And with ABL having such a safety record I suppose one potentially would be able to pop an ABL on the first sign (symptoms) of COVID outside a hospital setting, like popping a Tylenol on the onset of a headache. :)
