The otc short decrease seemed large compared to the actual volume/low that took place during this decrease/time period?

Is it possible & legal where by the short parties unknown or known go to Don & co., take part in a $100k to $500k PP & use those newly purchased shares or warrants to help cover or hedge their short position?

They can't buy enough to cover on the open market so they go to Don , take part, wash & rinse??
