& the concern grows as Hepa's SP continues to get crushed & set another 52 week low last night closing at $11.90rmb.
2 years ago it was sitting at $25rmb so now it has lost over half its market cap in a short time. Ripe for the pickings?
My question was & still is what implications would there be if Hepa gets taken out? Could a US or European Pharma etc take out Hepa & Rv together - own it all & have a revenue stream/hepas in place already? Would Hepa & Rv have a clause in place whereby Rv would have first chance at buying Hepas portion of rv out? The Chinese/Asian market is huge & a play like this does concern me,could very well be a good thing too??
Anyway I have little understanding in such a case so maybe i'm just overthinking this scenario. Anyone who has a good understanding of this process, the law etc would be much appreciated.
