Perhaps self-financing may be the wrong term used in this case seeing that the funds in the amount of ~CAN $2.3 Million came from 5 (new?) investors the largest, $1.07 Million is from the USA. 

I suspect this new financing came from the one-on-one with Don, following the March 10, Life Science Investor Forum, notwithstanding what still hangs in the balance is the outstanding, US$6 Million Debenture Financing that is due a month from now. Astute investors do not throw money away just for a write-off. They must see potential in Resverlogix. 

Say what you want but my gut tells me that, the much unpopular Don M, who got us through difficult times in the past, will do it again. Fingers crossed.
