On the matter of Royalty Preferred Shares:
As of December 31, 2021, the Company had 75,202,620 royalty preferred shares (RPS) outstanding, all of which were held by Zenith.
Do "ZHCLF" shares that are traded on the OTC market hold RPS rights?
Note: The holder of the royalty preferred shares is entitled to dividends in the amount of 6-12% of the Company’s Net Revenue, as defined in the Company’s articles. Presumably, dividends are passed onto Zenith directly and not to the shareholders.
