Did I miss the News Release announcing the material news that HL will fund half of BoM2?  And I don't want to hear "but Don said"!  

Anything less than an offical NR with confirming contributions from HL isn't worth a dime.  Heck even if it is NR'ed...how many of Don's "promising developing partnership story" News Releases have turned out?

Afaiac, there is no funding support from HL for BoM2.  And I find it a nauseatingly bad joke to make forward looking statement that suggest this trial will start any time this year much less its first half.

They can't even get a "quick 100-person 30-day trial" done in less than a year and a half.  How long will it be before funding is finally secured for B0M2?  Its been years already of "partnership talks". How many more years?  How long after funding before they finally get dosing started?  Another year and half?  More?  All this with FDA BTD, which for any other company on the planet means immediate and huge support for the speediest of trial completions.   But, no, not with our leadership. 

The blame rests squarely on the Chairman of the Board & his choice of a CEO.  We are not getting successful execution. Shareholders need execution.  The world's sick need execution.  Its time to find a replacement who will execute, no excuses.
