Couple things, first it's Don's own words & actions that have caused the most frustration in my opinion so he owns that.
Second ,when the "armchair CEO"(s) start making more sense than your starting QB perhaps it's well past time for a trade/replacement??

ya just wonderful, trading between.001 to 15 pennies in a decade has worked out well for us. Oh ya , theres always been a deal brewing every year around June so just be calm , enough of his empty words.
"Give it a rest." for sure , ive heard more than enough times of how excited & hard working he is, especially this entire last year that ive listened to his his jacked up excited spew & all the while watching our SP(S) hoover lower & lower scratching their 52 week lows.
