No, that is why I say maybe I didn't understand how it was supposed to work.

The virtual conference that Don participated in last week had an option to sign up for some open times for one on one discussions. These times were preselected by the company as far as I know. I tried to sign up for one and the site had technical difficulties so I used the help feature and the tech set up one of the times for me and I was sent a link to the meeting including the date and time. What I missed was that there was no confirmation from the presenter (in this case Don). So maybe he didn't get a link or was busy or ??? and he never confirmed. I just don't know.
