I believe that the majority of the trial will be focused in Brazil. Getting the unvaccinated to enter the trial in North America would be an exercise in futility.
With regards to the lesser dollars earmarked/budgeted for BOM2, perhaps Eversana had something to do with it? The question here is, has HL committed to funding 50% of the trial. If so, can we assume that the debenture maturity date is of no concern?
