I asked my brother in law about it; he got back to me last night and said they (the company) applied for the trial but the paperwork is still going through (meaning not started yet but very soon)

I'm really expecting a Brazil NR this comming week. IMO its very possible the Brazil Trial could wrap up close to same time as the Canadian Trial as i believe Brazil will recurit much faster??

On another note - been watching Hepa's SP performance & about 2 weeks or so before rv made its jump Hepa was haviing some great days - up 5% + at times with double & triple volumes & closing in on $19 RNB but then ever since rv starting making its move Hepa started going in the opposite direction trickling closer & closer to their 52 week low & now sitting around $15+ RMB & most of it on much lower volmes - just find it a little odd.

I believe the Chinese market will be closed for a week or so now during the Chinese New Year. Have always looked for possible conenections with both companys SP wise during times like this/being close to something but this time it aint meshing like othertimes/eg leading up to & after BOM results etc etc. Anyway it will still be interesting to monitor as we move forward especially when the Chinese market re-opens.
