Might be a good case for using ABL given that supply is short for Pfizer and Merck pills. Will likely all depend on timing of when results come out, Phase 3 trial, etc. Would be great if Morocco, other African/Middle East countries approved use of ABL from a great Phase2B trial rather than waiting for Phase3 in the US. Could that be the reason for some of these "strange" arrangements? Who knows.
