RVXOT - totally agree.  Also the article states that goal is to determine safety and effectiveness without mentioning that ABL has already passed 9 safety board reviews in a prior trial.  Absolutely more context overall would have been helpful, but it goes to show how tricky it is to clearly get the word out on just about anything to the general public that somehow isn't being misinterpreted along the way.  However this kind of publicity is at least a start and if the trial is successful then I think the requisite clarity will come in time.
