"A Change is going to come"?

To my disbelief, this has been by far the longest investment I have maintained including personal real estate. It pains me that I am still here but happy to be alive, yet much older!
Having witnessed several rounds of funding (for what it is/was worth, major dilution to shareholders value) and to give a little credit, our CEO managed to “complete” several trials. The outcome of the trials should not land directly on his shoulders.
BUT one principal rule: A CEO should be committed in meeting the needs of all shareholders and work towards generating profits and return shareholder value (In my opinion, failing marks to say the least).
I have been monitoring all the news, posts, and presentations and up to the FDA Breakthrough Designation, I could completely sympathize with all the hard work it must have taken to get us to that point – However, since then, I feel this ship has been adrift.
In my judgement, RVX is clearly at a cross-road.
I believe there is no more “good” money out there, no forward strategy/thinking and RVX is in a reactive state. In my view, we are at a point, decisions are being made in chasing funds – sadly, at the mercy of giving away the farm to keep the lights on.
There comes a time (and the time has definitely come… and long gone) that we must all judge ourselves in our capabilities and do what is best for the greater good. In this case, do what-ever is necessary to move this wonder drug to the next level.
I will ask a simple question: Without Covid as the “New” focus/distraction, what has this company done (or been doing) for the last 2 years?
Yes, it is time for change.
