Two paragraphs in particular caugh my eye.

 I believe it is well established that apabetalone fights inflammation so perhaps, if they ever start a trial, we could see some positive results.

Regarding point one re death not being caused by cardio nor respiratory issues is a surprise to me and one of the areas where I thought apabetalone would be a real strength. The devil is always in the detail and I am not a scientist.

The situation at RVX seems to be stranger than ever. I used to believe in the past that Don is some brillant strategist with brilliance always just around the corner. The past 16 months have taught me that he is just a shady old man who is not getting the business side of RVX into healthy shape. There is no reason what-so-ever that shareholders should not be given a clear and honest statement about why things are held up.
