Koo, the Eastern thing makes sense. I sort of forgot about them since they've been so low profile for many years.
I don't have governance expertise so I don't understand why Hepa and ORI teaming up is a conflict just because they have 2 seats on the board? Would they not just announce their strategy and present it to the board for approval? By the way, why isn't Eastern represented on the BOD?
So RVX is trading at a share price which, IMHO, is ridiculously low and there are a number of drags on the price. To list a few;
My guess is that item 1 will be solved pre May. Point 2 I really do not understand but the fact that we are not being given a clear story on this situation is completely unacceptable. Item 3, Don, may continue to be a drag on both companies for many years unless something happens on item 1. Item 4 is a Don item so good luck on success on this one. Ditto with item 5. Item 6 I believe will be resolved in the next 5 years with BoM2 if someone competent takes over. Item 7 I am beginning to wonder about. I wonder if this just another "you won't believe what is in this brown envelop" trick played by Don.
And on the story goes. Nothing normal from a business perspective. This is the epitomy of incompetent leadership.
The good news for me is that, as a shareholder, is if the IP issue is resloved in a manner that retains the IP within RVX I think I'll make a buck. The bad news is that if management was competent I could have made a ton of money.
The NFL is fun today. Cheers and GLTA.
