Appears something may be "floating" around in some circles, U.S. volume over 115k now at mid day vs avg daily of 12k. With $.07 upside so far.

Coming on the heels of the pps slipping below $.40 U.S. recently ... makes one wonder about manipulation.

Whatever the case, yes, hopefully a sign of confidence from or regarding something/someone, and the start of some sustainable momentum based on positive events and progress, rather than day trading and games, etc.
