Too your point Buckeyes  , I am wondering the possibility of a RVX mangement invoking a poison pill to avoid a hostile takeover from Hepa/ori,  at somepoint in time  even with Eastern capital in the mix, I thin RVX should consider other investment groups outside of Hepa/Ori to even out the institutional  shareholders . Has the current shareholder  mix been an impediment to a larger BP deal in the past few years...   Is this why RVX is considering a go alone pharma for Covid via Eversan  because many BP's are concerned about the shareholder mix. just a retail shareholder concern and wondering what if.....
