I retract what I said about them being in a blackout period.

I was going by IR's response to FuzzyJr which was.....

"Hi XXXXXX – it has always been the company’s policy that employees cannot comment on blackout periods...."

I read that as IR saying they were in a blackout period. 

But looking forward, I  see FuzzyJr's actual question which was "Can you tell me if either r v x or zenith are in a blackout period?".

So IR's response doesn't mean they are saying they are in a blackout period.
