I can answer that, SH, and Ori would prefer a lower share price to gain more ownership at a much cheaper price since they both know RVX requires financing to move forward on either the Covid Trials and or the  BOM2 trial , That is  why IMO  large BP partnership/license deal is so importnat to have....and  would stop the SP bleeding . Continued small PP financing just keeps the doors open but keeps a cheap floor on the SP as the always need more financing
