Do Kenney and Hinshaw even know about APABETALONE?....If one of those deaths was my family member, I'd be furious if I found out that there was a drug that could have saved them.
That's way ahead of events on the ground. They have to demonstrate safety and efficacy in a Phase II trial and then a Phase III trial before anyone can claim it could "save" people.
And politicians promoting an unproven therapy for COVID? Or even promoting a trial over any other other hundreds of therapies out there that are in (or close to) a clinical trial?
