I'm a little surprised that there was no press release regarding this publication. Seems like an oversight on a positive. Given that the below 21 MOCA score sub group showed improvement with no change to the other groups it makes me wonder, as a lay person, if Apabetalone might actually stop the progression of some types of dementia. That would require a large long term study but if positive that would be a huge benefit to a massive patient group.
