golfyeti - Someone posted an article on here 2 or 3 months ago which I believe was out of the UK about COVID patients and a follow-up phone call an average of 143 days after being discharged from hospital. This follow-up was for between 150k to 200k patients. Surprisingly around 12% of the patients had passed away by the time the follow-up phone call was made. That study would suggest that there is a very large number of patients that may not know or understand the significance or amount of damage that has been done to their bodies as a result of being hospitalized for COVID to begin with.
There is good reason for a therapy to be developed to avert these types of outcomes after being released from hospital. It would be even better if ABL became the SOC for this after release care.
