To precipitate change, perhaps try 'getting onside' with you the biggest and near-controling RVX insider -- Li Li.

It couldn't hurt sending him a detailed letter of your thoughts on RVX leadership and how he should deal with it.   IDK, it might also be utterly futile getting through to this Chinese Billionaire and if so changing his views.
