I am all too aware of the billions in market cap at stake, in each indication.
And also disturbed by the bizarre ease with which other companies float to approval and in many instances on sketchy effectiveness and often with lists of scary side effects.

Someone help me here.  I don't want it to but my cynicism is growing exponentially.  I haven't seen here a lot of push back to assertions that the playing field is rigged against us.

Jonzobot, thanks for the perspective on relative urgency.  I agree, somewhat, but the unmet need in CVD is still pretty urgent.
