Hope never dies....

Well maybe not never....I wouldn't say I'm optimistic, but like many I still see a chance for this dog to finally pay off.
I'm seeing cracks in the Covid wall finally....previously I saw little hope for 208 in the near to medium term as a covid treatement, as everything seemed geared toward pushing the vaccines.
Now with Fauci's leaked emails we're getting confirmation of that, how treatments were supressed (potentially at the cost of human lives) as the medical and government establishments put on a full court press to get the rushed jabs into as many arms as possible.
Now of course we're seeing that the vaccines are far from being a panacea, people getting injected are still falling ill with Covid and dying. In my area the Toronto Star reported on May 11th that the most recent (at that time) three covid deaths in Peterborough had all died of Covid.
A more recent Guardian article said most of the hospitalized Covid patients in East Lancashire had had the jabs:
All this has me at least hopeful that a Phase III drug with a well established safety profile like apabetalone, maybe it could be granted an emergency or interim use designation like the jabs.
