I have listened to that portion of the interview again and this is what I feel he said. He was talking about setting up the Canadaian trial and he segued to this.

"We are doing a similar program in the U.S. however, we will launch even further down. We will be launching into a phase 3 trial in the U.S. It will be 2 weeks behind the other one."
