Toinv - Without checking it all out, it seems that EC backed down when HL took over their huge position. The last that I remember EC buying was Sept./17 which took EC up to almost 20%. The next month HL stepped in with the big $87 million deal which reduced EC to about 12% or so. It seems like he stopped buying in then. He has never sold any though and has once since exercised 5 million warrants for common shares. It seems to me that he has never tried to get out just not jumping in too much since HL controls things. Just my thoughts.

The last he put into Zenith was Aug./18, I believe that took him up to 38.8% of Zenith. After that Zenith swung over to Newsoara which is a different kind of deal. He might still be there for Zenith if needed but they have more going for them in partnerships and licensing.
