...just a guess on my part, but I suspect they may be waiting on these P2 COVID 19 trial results in order to go after Federal and/or Provincial grants...cheaper capital, maybe it could also be tied to assisting with manufacturing underwriting.  Pure speculation on my part.  I hope their plan works.
