Message: We should get financials this week

Tada, perhaps I should have been more precise. I am talking about the clinical trial and despite all the fantastic science I still find management's lack of pace appalling.

On Feb 4 Don said they would be filing "almost immediately" and further that ".... and they studied the lung cells, the heart cells, and the kidney cells. So we have a ton of data to support this moving forward and believe that this will be a very successful program."  Combine that with the fact that Cell originally received the Australian work on October 28/20 makes it appear to me that management has had all the impetus for "immediate action" (Don's quote from March 2020) yet is once again not getting done what needs to be done in a timely manner.  As far as Pfizer and Merck and their $billions, there are also other big pharma out there who are not currently in the CoVid conversation who also have billions. If you don't have the funding or more importantly the management skill to get the job done partner up and get out of the way.  I can't stress "get out of the way!" enough.

Make no mistake I see more than a glimmer in the science, I think the RVX scientific team as well as outside researchers have done amazing work.  I just find it incredibly frustrating to sit by and watch a group of highly paid and almost completely ineffectual managers continue to stumble around like somebody has turned out all the lights.  Right now my fear is the CoVid opportunity will follow the same path as the "fully funded" HIV opportunity, the opportunity for monetizing the BETi blood bank ("best in the world"), the many opportunities for deriving funding from licensing deals.....you get my point.  Here's hoping they do actually get this clinical trial going, we all know there are many people in desperate need.
