Just wondering that if a BP partner was already decided and a term sheet was presented to RVX than that would be material information that would have to be press released immediately. That being said I am not sure RVX will officially  announce a BP partner on Thursday , as much as I would like to see that  but  maybe RVX was told last week that the Partnership deal is  being finalized  hence the 1 week delay in the Webcast and CC,  hoping something significant will be told Thursday, market is telling otherwise
