got it , prob no NR then unless Saudi backed out & r v x  doesnt want to share this till end of the day? Hoping BP said , enough , we got this ... what's 13mil if BP is tossing in 150-250 mil? Why would BP even want/require the Saudi money/dilution if this baby's going to be under their umbrella soon?
